Initiatives

Penang Career Assistance and Talent (CAT) Centre is a focused program by the State Government of Penang to attract and retain talents in the state. It acts as a resource centre and point of contact for employers and talents to engage in talent matching and drives talent outreach programme across the local and global platform. The centre also advocates on policy planning and formulation on talents, as well as establishes collaborations with all stakeholders through frequent dialogues and engagement events.

Penang CAT Centre is also the appointed secretariat of Penang Future Foundation (PFF) Scholarship program under the State Government.
